Can i have folliculitus on the botom of my feet?

To date: I have never seen a hair follicule on the bottom of ones foot, so i would say no. If someone does somehow grow hair on the bottom of the foot then it would be possible. But, i don't think that would be a common situation. Hence, my real answer is no.

Folliculitis: Not common as there aren't any hair follicles on the bottom of your feet. Hope this helps.
