No: I'm assuming you mean osteogenesis imperfecta. Oi is a condition of the connective tissues, primarily manifesting with bony fragility. Oi would not be expected to have a direct effect on one's libido. Theoretically, a fear of sustaining a fracture could lead to decreased libido, but this would not be directly caused by the oi disease process.
