How to remove a boil sac after the boil has drained and healed?

Surgically : Boils as a rule do not have sacs but similar appearing infected skin cysts or e.I.C. Do have sacs that need to be removed surgically to keep them from coming back.

Boils and Cysts: Boils do not have sacs and thus they need to be drained. Epidermoid cysts have sacs and once the cyst has ruptured it is difficult to remove the sac and the cyst can return.
