Unlikely....: Bile is located in the gastrointestinal tract, not in your airways. It is more likely that you coughed up green sputum and this could be a sign of infection from etiologies like acute bronchitis, pneumonia, sinus infection. See your doctor for diagnosis and treatment because you may need antibiotics if the infection is due to bacteria.
