How do you know when a plantar wart is completely gone?

Examine the area : Use magnification to determine if the skin lines are normal in appearance. The skin lines will go around a wart but will resume a normal pattern once the wart has resolved. You might need to have your podiatrist or dermatologist examine the area under magnification.

It will appear gone: If treatment successful will see healthy intact skin with normal lines again. Since those are pesky little buggers make sure your doctor sees it before you declare victory.
