Pooh color...: Pooh comes in many colors depending on age and diet. Green is not a problem. The color can change based on the child's diet. Bright red or dark red/black pooh would be of concern as this is a sign of milk allergy. Iron can change the color of pooh to black which is not a problem. As the child is well green is no problem. It is not related to stress as long as there is no diarrhea stomach pain.
