What does it mean when your pupils get smaller after smoking weed?

Don't know: since every patient I have ever seen has LARGER pupils when intoxicated with marijuana. Marijuana, for the most part, causes sympathetic stimulation (increased adrenaline levels). Most substances marijuana may be cut with also would cause larger pupils. So, I have no clue. If you are having problems with vision, or inability to see at night see your doctor for an ophthalmology consult.
