A member asked:

Does using baby wipes cause yeast infection?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not directly: Yeast from the stool will readily move into and establish an infection on irritated skin. If the preservatives or chemicals in the wipe aggravate an existing irritated area, it might allow yeast to take hold. Home made wipes using baby oil and paper towels can avoid this when used on irritated skin.
