Keep out of reach!: Some vitamins can be dangerous if taken in excess, especially iron vitamins. All vitamins should be kept out of the reach of children, in a safe place, and only given by the parent. Many of them are colorful and taste good, so your child may think they are candy. Always tell them that they are medicine, not candy, and not to be taken by the child without permission.
