Chest pain: If your chest pain is a heavy, pressure type of sensation, you need to urgently see a physician for a cardiac evaluation. Other potential causes of chest/back pain include lung problems, spinal pathology, and vascular problems (i.e. Aortic aneurysm. See your physician for further evaluation.
