Can sciatica lead to involuntary toe movement?

Low back pain: Highly unlikely though not impossible, if associated with pain going to the toe or weakness in the toe then possibly related.

Unlikely: Sciatica can cause pain and or numbness but i would look for other causes for involuntary movements.

Possible: If nerve is irritated enough, you can have odd movements occasionally.
