Yes: You can have an anatomically small bladder, or a functionally small bladder. You will tend to have had urinary frequency from birth if anatomically small. Small functional bladder can develop with time if you develop interstitial cystitis or an overactive bladder, stress urinary incontinence. Or xs caffeine consumption. Urologists & url-gynecologists are the best people to manage such problems.
