Ring Rash: Red ring rash could be ring worm. But in all honesty, a rash is best evaluated in person by a physician so that appropriate diagnosis and treatment can be provided.

Different things: Red ring rash could be different things- from ring worm, urticaria, erythema multiforme ( usually bull eyes appearance, not just ring ) etc. You need to be seen by your doctor so proper eval and treatment can be done. Btw, i can't see the photos. Where they are?
