Heart disease: Occult cardiovascular disease does not mean heart disease in ghosts. It means hidden heart disease or heart disease present but we don't know about it.

Hidden: Occult disease is asymptomatic or sub-clinical such as an aneurysm that one has that ruptures but the patient had no signs or symptoms before rupture. That would be an occult aneurysm.
