Yogert is not a cure: Yogurt does not cure a yeast infection. You will need to use an over the counter medication like Monistat or get a prescription from your doctor. If it does not clear see your doctor as it may not be a yeast infection.

Yogurt can help: There is no magic amount of yogurt that can resolve a yeast problem. The yogurt can help create a balance in your vaginal flora. It would be best to try otc yeast med to relieve symptoms and cure infection if the yogurt doesn't help.
