Yes: Women who are not using contraceptives of any kind may become pregnant anytime they are exposed to sperm. Ovulation can be unpredictable & menstrual cycles may be irregular. Women are only "fertile" for about 12 hours in any given month. Identifying those 12 hours can be difficult.
