Baby heartbeat: It is unlikely that you are feeling the baby's heartbeat in your neck. Most likely it is your heartbeat. During pregnancy your hear rate increases so it may confuse people. Baby's hearts don't contract the ours do because they get oxygen and nourishment from the mothers blood via the placenta.
