Xanthelasma?: Xanthelasma are yellowish plaques on the upper eyelids (usually) and could indicate the risk for a lipid disorder. Sometimes subcutaneous blood from a bruise of the forehead will track to the eyelids and give a yellowish tint.

Eyelid tint: Yellowish tint on the eyelid could be caused by cholesterol deposit ("xanthelasma"). An eye exam should be done to confirm this finding.
