6 - 12 weeks: Presumably you are asking about a scapula fracture. Like most fractures, this would be expected to heal within 6 - 12 weeks, but several factors can affect healing time, such as smoking, diabetes, the severity of the fracture, whether surgery was required and the type of surgery done, and whether the fracture was open or not.
