Something in pooh: If the baby is growing and thriving there is nothing to worry about. If not these could represent poor absorption of fat and require a visit to your pediatrician. Baby's pooh can look strange and depends on diet. Changes in the look of the pooh is to be expected with introduction to various solid foods around six months.
