Ingestion of acidic drinks, carbonated drinks, spicy foods & caffeine products play a role.Filling their stomach with a meal or drink before reclining for a nap or sleep can also.Simply stopping caffeinated food or drink and not eating or drinking for an hour or so before reclining will end this for some.Meds may be helpful to speed improvement.
