What's stronger keflex or cipro (ciprofloxacin)?

Neither: Both antibiotics are effective bactericidal drugs. Keflex causes time dependent killing while Cipro (ciprofloxacin) causes concentration dependent killing. The 2 drugs have different antibacterial spectrums. In general Cipro (ciprofloxacin) has better activity against gram negative bacteria like pseudomonas while Keflex is more active against gram positive bacteria like staph. And strep. Species.
