No information: I couldn't find any information on aloe vera as a stimulant of any kind. It is used (homeopathically) for constipation issues and was banned in the us in 2002 as a laxative ingredient. According to digestive disorders 2007: johns hopkins white papers, a study conducted in 2006 showed little difference between ibs patients randomly assigned to take aloe vera and a placebo for constipation relief.
