Is albolene a safe lubricant for toys?

No: It looks like albolene is a moisturizer/cleanser. You should use appropriate "personal" lubricants for toys or sex. For most toys (especially silicone ones), a water based lube is recommended. A silicone based lube may also cause damage to condoms (not a good thing!). A good water based lube is slippery stuff which can be found on-line.
