You don't need it: It's present in dairy products and meats, and it has not been beneficial in clinical studies. Use may raise glucose and cholesterol levels, as well as cause enlargement of liver and spleen. There are more questions than answers about this substance, so stick to this general rule: eat a balanced diet, with lots of fresh fruits & vegetables, and you won't need any vitamins or supplements.
