Smoking: It is very unlikely that this is cancer. But, one cannot just assume that it is not. It may be time to quit. And, it may be time to get your throat examined at the doctor's office.

Yes you can get: In future besides throat , lung and other malignancies. You are only 16 smoking at the age of 14 , you know it is bad for you , hope you will stop , kick this bad habit and have healthy happy life.
