Control: Anesthesiologist will determine what needs to be done: drugs through your IV or cardio version. If you have chronic a- fib and rate is controlled, should not be a problem.

It depends: Your cardiologist or primary care doctor will determine whether you are cleared. Whether you need bridging anti coagulation would be an important factor to consider. Usually ptosis surgery is not urgent so you have time to idealize your circumstance.
