My 15 yr son complains of sharp pain on left side near heart and left nipple. he also complains of dizziness, and hard to hear/see at random times.

Multiple Complaints: Really, ...... He needs to have a detail interview with his pediatrician, with regards to school, peers, physical activities, personal habits, substance use etc. Etc. A thorough exam including BP check, ekg, growth parameters assessment etc, and some investigation/lab work if needed.
