Can herpes look like simple zits?

Possibly.: To a lay person, they probably can. A dermatologist or other trained specialist can easily tell the difference, however.

Not really: Herpes look like fluid filled blister type lesions. Zits are either under the skin bumps or are filled with white stuff on top of the skin.
