A member asked:

3 months ago i had my vericocele embolization and while the swellings gone down slightly the veins are still prominent. is this the best it gets?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Possibly: Usually, the veins involute, i.e. Shrink or disappear several months after complete embolization. Be patient if there has been steady and progressive shrinkage of the veins. If not, an ultrasound with doppler/color flow may be helpful.
