Varicocele : Most likely yes. There's a possibility that the veins can get less prominent over time.

May improve: You may see some improvement over time. Embolization is most effective for reducing symptoms of discomfort. It may also improve spermatogenesis. If varicose veins remain prominent, they can be treated surgically.
