Try mineral suppleme: You might try taking supplements of calcium, and magnesium citrate or slow absorption magnesium.. Also if your tests show low potassium then supplements of potassium would help. If you test for magnesium , do the rbc magnesium blood test to show if you are deficient.Also meletonin 3mg at bedtime a fifteen minute foot soak in epson salts each night may help. PLMD?: If you're talking about periodic limb movement disorder (plmd) causing significant arousals that fragment sleep, i'd treat it like rls, taking a dopaminergic agonist (e.g. Ropinirole or pramipexole) at bedtime.
