Easy: Regular exercising, good hydration, low carbohydrate diet, lots of fiber, and keeping body mass index around high normal (25, definitely below 30) will fix this for most people.

Internal Hemorrhoid: If you have internal hemorrhoid, be sure you do not strain during bowel movement and avoid hard stool. Adequate hydration and eat high fiber diet. Can also take fiber supplement to keep stool soft. Avoid using soap to clean perianal area, this can dry out skin and makes hemorrhoids worse.
