?Varicocele: Young active men with scrotal discomfort (sounds like no pain) could be varicocele (see: http://theturekclinic.Com/services/male-fertility-infertility-doctor-treatments-issues-zero-sperm-count/varicocele-symptoms-treatment-repair/), epididymitis, other infection, hydrocele, spermatocele, referred pain from groin/elsewhere. Cancer is also possible but less likely. You should see a urologist.
