Call your MD: You should call your md if symptoms persist 3 days after finishing flagyl. It is important to be assessed by a doctor who knows you.

Flagyl causes dizzy: Flagyl commonly causes neurologic side effects during rx. Tingling sensations and dizziness should be attributed to the drug, not to anxiety this soon after using flagyl. I don't know what you mean by "spams" so i will not comment on those. Most patients will notice these other effects dissipate within 7-10 days of stopping the drug, though sometimes it will take 3-4 weeks.

Depends: Numbness and tingling are reasons to stop flagy immediately. Side effects should be reversible in a few days to weeks. Flagyl has significant interactions with the cytochrome p450 detoxification system. Eat cruciferous vegetables, lots of fresh fruit, drink plenty of water, and you should feel better soon.
