CBT: Don't know how old she is. I am supposing that she might be a child. She may benefit from work with a child psychologist. Depending on her age, some form of cognitive behavioral therapy may be helpful for her.

Anxiety: You are a caring aunt to be pursuing information to help your niece. It is necessary to uncover the origin of her anxiety, perhaps she attended a scary movie or she suffers from generalized anxiety and it manifests in different places. Anxiety is generally driven by misperceptions and the distortions in perception need to be unlearned in favor of accurate perceiving. Best.
