Seek second opinion: Given your age i will step out on a limb and state your partner is between 35 and 50. If correct they are relatively young. I would recommend that you seek a second opinion regarding the diagnosis and review of any lab work or bone marrow biopsy which has been done. Aggressive treatment at the time (maybe transplant) may be beneficial over less aggressive therapy. Get further information.
