Probably: Nausea is likely to be pregnancy related, although, other causes are possible as well. Diarrhea is somewhat unusual, but we know of gastrointestinal tract motility changes, so some women get constipated while other can have more loose stools. If those symptoms are not pregnancy related, they are likely to be caused by a stomach virus that will get better over the next few days.
