Morning nausea: Are you using any protection with intercourse? if you are not then you are trying to conceive. She may still be pregnant but too early to detect on a home pregnancy test. Repeat next week. She may also have a viral gastrointeritis. If it persists, she needs to see her doctor in the mean time, avoid unprotected sex.
