See your doctor.: Bloating may be from crohn's . However, these symptoms are also present in ovarian cancer. A pelvic ultrasound and gynecologic consultation is indicated

Adhesions, or Crohns: Bloating may be caused from adhesions or scarring after or a surgery as well as the crohn's disease itself. You should be following a gastroenterolgists recommendations for treatment of crohn's. Surgery is generally best avoided if possible in this case. There has been some benefit to treating adhesions with physical therapy or deep tissue massage.
