See your doctor: There are many structures at the elbow, all of which are very important. If rice isn't working along with the use of nsaids, you probably need an evaluation. Best of luck!

Workers compensation: It sounds like you sustained your injury while at work. If that's true, then you should report this to your employer asap and initiate workers compensation evaluation. In most cases, i believe you lose benefits if you see "outside" doc before filing claim.
