Razor Burn: Increase time between shaves, change razors more frequently, clean area with more gentle cleanser, user non-irritating foam.

Use man foam/bic: Use a mans shaving cream like barbasol with aloe, and disposable single blade bic razors 4 tender skin, & don't keep going over it(shaving) many times, apply an aloe lotion. Waxing is another way, hair grows back sloer and works well.

Consider options: You can try the previously suggested ideas regarding the type of razor and the cream used. You can also consider waxing, it's more expensive but lasts longer. You can try a hair removal cream, this is safe and last longer than shaving. You can also consider laser hair removal which is permanent. Quite expensive but you never have to shave again in you life!
