6mo old with bug bites from 6wks ago that won't heal.. most on her face. should i put anything one them? she's on 0.05% betamethasone for eczema.

NO: I wouldn't put any topical steroids on them, especially something as strong as betamethasone. You should call her dermatologist and try mixing some vitamin e with any of her hypoallergenic lotions and applying that to her face twice daily. Cerave sa or amlactin might be a good choice to break down any top crust and vit e can help in healing.
