My recommendation : Is that you talk to your physician for a pain management physician consultation, if you are not already treated by one. There are alternatives for tablets. Also you could try swallow it with a piece of bead and peanut butte follow by juice. Good luck.

Tylox (oxycodone and acetaminophen) is a capsule: Any prescription for narcotic medications should come from a physician only after a thorough medical history and physical exam are performed. Tylox is an example of a capsule which contains the narcotic oxycodone. It also contains acetaminophen. There are also narcotic preparations that come in liquid form such as roxicet which contains the same medications as tylox (oxycodone and acetaminophen).
