Standard testing: Drug and alcohol levels are frequent in the clinical trauma arena. Motor vehicle incidents have high correlation to alcohol levels. What was the level? Intoxicating? Or not? Driver or passenger? Significant details.

It's OK.: Drug screen most often read >7 alcohol even if you have not drank any alcohol. This is often insignificant so relax.
