See your pcp: Take another test to confirm. If you really want to determine whether you are pregnant, see your obgyn or primary care doc. They can do a pregnancy test with urine or blood which are pretty accurate.

You are pregnant: If is shows up at all you are pregnant. Your HCG levels which is what it tests are lower early in pregnancy which may be why it is light.
