Ellavil: Avoid combo w/ doxylamine if pregnancy-related nausea/vomiting use, otherwise caution advised: combo may incr. Risk of CNS depression, anticholinergic and other adverse effects (additive effects).

The side effect: Well if monitored by your physician then yes maybe, but taking both together increases sedation. Take it as recommended by your physician, do not try to medicate on your own.
