Yes, it is: Rhodiola has been used safely with all antidepressant types except MAO inhibitors. Some studies have shown in vitro inhibition of cyp 3a4 and p-glycoprotein with rhodola http://tinyurl.Com/kkh3lhq but this hasn't caused difficulty when used by live patients. [van diermend, et al.
