However, abdominal pain with vaginal bleeding is a concern. These symptoms could indicate an ectopic/tubal pregnancy and should be evaluated quickly by your doctor.

See below: Some parents never find out the sex of their child, others use the ultrasound examinations to find out the results. It is really your choice. With regards to rare stomachaches during pregnancy, this is most likely completely normal.
