Go see your doctor: I assume you're referring to a red/pink eye w/goopy discharge that's stuck together. Your family doc & optometrist can take care of that for you. Check out http://www.Mayoclinic.Com/health/pink-eye/ds00258/dsection=tests-and-diagnosis for more info. However, an infection of the globe (eyeball) itself needs to be under care of ophthalmologist.
